Returns & Refunds

All purchases are final, and refunds or exchanges are not permitted.

Kelly's Authentic Boutique will accept a refund where the item is not as described but we do not accept refunds where the reason is for change of mind. If an item is found to be non-authentic by third-party authenticators, we will also refund the item fully under our lifetime authenticity guarantee. We will cover the cost of your returns under these circumstances. 

Kindly be aware that merchant fees, such as PayPal Goods & Services fees or credit card fees (typically 3-4% of the transaction), are non-refundable. These fees are retained by our payment provider partners, not by us. Proof of these charge can be provided upon request.

For Payment Plan orders - Payment Plan orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded. If a Payment Plan is cancelled, a 10% deposit and merchant fees will NOT be refundable.

The item(s) must be received back in the same condition it was received in.
All tags and labels must be intact, and the item should not show signs of wear/additional wear. Should the returns label be removed this will void the refund policy. 

The claim to refund for an item not as described must be within five days of receiving the item. To initiate a refund please email us at hello@kellysauthenticboutique.com.

Where the item is proven to be not authentic, we will honour it for life, the five days does not apply.

Return Process

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund minus the non-refundable merchant fee (usually 3-4% of the transaction). This fee is retained by PayPal, Square and/or Payment Gateways provider, not by us.

Returns can take up to five working days to process from when we receive the item(s) as they go through our authentication process.

*Please note that clothings, watches, accessories (excluding wallets), and footwear are not eligible for returns.
